Order Cancellation Rules

1. Before dispatch

Cancellation requests submitted through Track & Support before the order enters packing may be accepted with a full refund to the original payment method.

2. After dispatch

Once a shipment label is generated, cancellation is generally not possible. You may refuse delivery; return shipping and spoilage costs may be deducted from any refund.

3. COD orders

Repeated COD refusals without valid reason may lead to temporary suspension of COD privileges on your account.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. Bank or UPI settlement times vary by provider.
